Course accounts and orders

When you purchase or use the course, the site may hold your email address, course plan, account status, order reference and, for a printed book, delivery details supplied through PayPal. Passwords are stored only in protected, one-way form. Payment-card details are handled by PayPal and are not stored by this website.

Essential cookies

The member area uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, protect your account and remember a trusted device. These cookies are not used for advertising. PayPal may use its own cookies when its secure checkout is opened.

Website analytics

Privacy-friendly, first-party analytics records page visits, general country, device type, referring website and interactions such as enquiry links. It does not use analytics cookies, store full IP addresses or collect names, email addresses, passwords, payment details or form contents.

A one-way anonymous identifier is used only to estimate visitor numbers. Analytics records are kept for up to 400 days. Browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals are respected.

How information is used

Information is used to provide course access, process and support orders, respond to enquiries, protect accounts and improve the website. It is not sold or used for third-party advertising.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held about you by emailing grooveprecision@icloud.com. Some order records may need to be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or legal purposes.
